As soon as we walked up to the Showbox on First Avenue, I began to feel excited for this event. Everyone in the downtown area could see that there was some exciting event happening here, with Gene Juarez employees lining up outside to greet visitors such as myself. It felt like a real red carpet event, and we were all stars.
